The Generals just got a lot bigger. With today's signing of 6'2, 220 pound power forward, John Catania, the Generals not only got larger but got nastier too. "John has size that you can't teach. He is a monster physically and has the ability to impact the game in an instant." Generals Coach Bryan Erikson said. "He is a great young man. He will be a great fit in the locker room and on the ice. His size is great of course but he brings so much more to the table. He has good speed, surprising quickness and good hands." Erikson continued.
Catania from East Bridgewater goes to Catholic Memorial High School and will continue to help their varsity program during the winter. The Generals continue add players that are good hockey players and great people. The Generals start with a home and home series against the Cape Cod Islanders the second weekend of September.
